I have Verizon FiOS. Its a Model G3100 I'm running on the latest firmware 4.0.290

My Netduma keeps booting me out. It goes on and off and when i directly connectg it to my own internet router and it doesnt boot me out. when i conncect it back to the Netduma my connections comes in and out.. Ive rebooted the router so many times and still get the same thing. Please advise is this a thing. I hasve Fiber internet with 1GIG connection.

Well this is an issue that they have to figure out and send patch or a hot fix. I'm hoping they do.

No i juat have it connected to my PC and on the PS5 nothing else.. I dont use the PS5 at all just My PC.

Ok, Hear me out here im not that type of tech guy but wyhen i plug it back the my internert provider i dont get any freezing of booting me out now when i plug it back to the Netduma it will go on fine but then it with in time it will freeze and boot me out. Ill try back on it again right now to see if it happens again.

Meaning what device? I don't use the AP I use the DumaOS web page.

I have xDefiant on the add games but I don't really play that much just COD.. I did all the correct steps to set up the router. I'm on the web just watching YouTube and it randomly the internet go down and have to wait for it to go back on line as well when I'm playing COD. sometimes it boots me out the server and and tells me to restart the game.

No i play xdFient and COD, I live in NYC i put in the correct area i am from.

I don't see anything blocked where should I be looking In the settings? I have it connected it wired the the connection comes in and out. it goes from having internet then no internet.

What's going on with the Router ever since the update my router has been acting up. It freezes on me then it boots me out the server. Has anyone been having this problem to? I rebooted so many times and I even reinstall the software update. Is there a patch or something being addressed with this issue?

I downloaded the new update and i keep freezing while in game. I am connected wired but it keeps switchin me back and forth to WIFI. What can that be? also it boots me out and i rebooted the router plenty of times.

Fraser, I noticed something when i haver the McAfee VPN on the Geo filter the steady ping doesnt get activated when i turn the VPN off then it gets activated. do you have any idea what that can be?

Yes it comes with a VPN that what i meant. Its part of McAfee

I have McAfee anti virus and i see that i can add it to the Hybrid VPN do you have any videos or instructions on how to add it?

Ok, I’m able to get into web browser now only when I unplug it from the router. When I plug it back in to start the set up process the routine giving me yellow lights meaning now I don’t have internet. How is that possible I tried different wiring I did do the firmware update.

Ok i got it to get the duma web page, i did what you told me to do. Now i x out then i get the same message again. what can that be?

where did you go to do this? i got to do reset but wherei can go and remove the old network?

I have it connected to my Verizon Fios router then i have it connect it to the R3 is that the right way ive had this before and it was working fine then all of a sudden this is that happened.
