I'm using Google chrome and I have ps5 and I did reboot the r3 and nothing is showing on the map for all games Just showing the pings and there location on the right side

I got the Netduma r3 and finished setting it up and I can see the server's ping numbers on the side in the Geofilter but not a single server on the map itself I mean the whole map is empty

I have ordered netduma r3 and I still didn't get it can you help Can you please help me with the shipping where has it reached or when is it coming
