  1. well it fixed my PC and my Sony TV, my PC is custom built with a RealtekĀ® 2.5GbE LAN chip (copied from mb site), i dont know if thats of any help but who knows
  2. After almost a year and a half of no fix through software updates, I finally found a workaround to the 30 second delay when connecting to ethernet on wake. it unfortunately requires buying an ethernet switch and connecting your affected devices through it, but it gets rid of the delay. i bought an 8 port netgear switch from best buy for around $25 and it hasn't affected my speeds so if you are planning on buying a switch or are just tired of waiting for a fix, a switch will solve the problem (at least in my experience)
  3. ethernet delay still not fixed in this version
  4. should i start a new thread in the early access section too for more awareness
  5. issue is still present on v4.0.285
  6. the question is when will this issue gain priority. i understand there are many bugs to go through but cant you understand my frustration waiting this long on something that i haven't had an issue with on any other router except this one
  7. still no fix in 4.0.236 this is getting a little insane its been months
  8. on the latest version it seems to be a little more inconsistent with how fast it connects, but there is still a delay. some days its 10 seconds other days its 30.
  9. @Netduma Fraserplease add me, hoping this fix the 30 second ethernet bug
  10. any updates on this? had the router for close to a month now but the issue is still here on latest firmware
  11. basically the title, when I woke up my PC it would instantly connect to ethernet on my old netgear router, but with the R3 it's taking about 30 seconds just to connect. any fix?
  12. Tried that, and now it just queues forever. I disabled geo-latency, ping assist, i have strict mode on, I tried with both fast search on and off, and I restarted both steam and my PC. Weird thing is the first time I cancel queue after waiting for a while, it only then pops up on the map. But if I requeue, then it no longer searches at all. I don't know what's wrong with it
  13. im having the same issue, i disabled ping assist and geo-latency and it is still trying to connect me to servers outside of my range. im playing mw3 on steam
  14. just a heads up for anyone pre-ordering, my order confirmation went to my spam folder, so make sure in case you dont get the confirmation that it is not just in your spam
