TheMW2Ghost replied to TheMW2Ghost's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Does this look right? Is this connecting me to a server outside of my geo filter? -

I haven't yet tried to filter to another region yet but just wondering, is this normal? Showing my device located all the way down there? -

Okay, i just select xbox or Playstation (or was it just Games Console?) as the device type here, correct? Then reboot -
Can we just choose our PC as the device to add for Geo Filtering now or do we still need to set it as a console? I remmeber this was a thing a while back. I want to filter to USA for Black Ops 7, it's been a while since i've done this so just checking if anything has changed? Cheers

Download and Upload speed only 1/4 of what it should be

OK, did an actual factory reset, and now speeds are back to normal. -

I just rebooted the router and it has ended up going back to the issue i had previous to the latest firmware, where i can no longer access the OS and just get this error - plus speeds are still the same low -

Yup, when i click on SmartBOOSt it just says 'disabled" -- and no memory of any changes, as i've only recently been able to get bakc inot the OS (if u remember the bug i had) -- th elatest patch fixed it. And so im not sure how long my downlaod speed has been sliced -

My ISP package is around 400mbps download and 90 upload - yet for weeks now, I'm only getting around 90mb download and 70 upload -- using Speedtest. This has happened before, and ive chcekd threads here to remedy it but with no success. I've unplugged and restarted and reconnected the router so many times (R3 is connected to my ISP and has bene for years now). I have smartboost turned off, Any help with this? Thanks

Hmm, maybe this is it then. as far as i remember, Geo-Latency was on last time i was on the DumaOS (im still unable to access it, as it keeps saying that same error i told you about previously, so I'm unable to see/change anything. " Pardon our mess We have detected that some features may not have loaded correctly. You might encounter issues while interacting with DumaOS, but you can still try to use the interface. Do you want to continue to access DumaOS?" This error. Has been like this for months, so hopefully it resolves so im able to check
