  1. OK, did an actual factory reset, and now speeds are back to normal.
  2. I just rebooted the router and it has ended up going back to the issue i had previous to the latest firmware, where i can no longer access the OS and just get this error - plus speeds are still the same low
  3. i did not factory reset no, just updated and then resarted
  4. Nope. not using hybridVPN and haven't changed any settings as far as im aware, haven't bene able to acess the OS for months prior to latest firmware
  5. Yup, when i click on SmartBOOSt it just says 'disabled" -- and no memory of any changes, as i've only recently been able to get bakc inot the OS (if u remember the bug i had) -- th elatest patch fixed it. And so im not sure how long my downlaod speed has been sliced
  6. My ISP package is around 400mbps download and 90 upload - yet for weeks now, I'm only getting around 90mb download and 70 upload -- using Speedtest. This has happened before, and ive chcekd threads here to remedy it but with no success. I've unplugged and restarted and reconnected the router so many times (R3 is connected to my ISP and has bene for years now). I have smartboost turned off, Any help with this? Thanks
  7. Hmm, maybe this is it then. as far as i remember, Geo-Latency was on last time i was on the DumaOS (im still unable to access it, as it keeps saying that same error i told you about previously, so I'm unable to see/change anything. " Pardon our mess We have detected that some features may not have loaded correctly. You might encounter issues while interacting with DumaOS, but you can still try to use the interface. Do you want to continue to access DumaOS?" This error. Has been like this for months, so hopefully it resolves so im able to check
  8. I'm posting here as ive exhausted every option i've tried thus far. Out out nowhere, i have been unable to connect to any Voice Channels on Discord. When i connect to one, it says "RTC connecting" (in yellow) --- then "No route" (red). I have tried SO many stepas that have been suggested online, redownlaoded the app multiple times, and i'm wondering, could it be something to do with the R3 that might be blocking it? As im unable to join any parties on Xbox either, they all says d'disconnetced/connecting..) --- only people can join my xbox party, even then, it usually hardly connects.
  9. Would it be possible to add PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PLAYERUNKNOWS' BATTLEGROUNDS) to the Ping Heat map section, please? I would like to know where all of the north American servers are located. (For PC/console) I remmeber being able to see all servers for PUBG, I believe it was with the R2, as I have not yet seen it with the new OS. I really woul dlike to be able to see all EU + N American servers for PUBG. Is there any chance you could please add this game to Ping Heatmap again? Thanks
  10. Hey Fraser, awesome, thats great to hear! Cheers mate
  11. Hi, I've had this issue since getting the R3 (posted about it previously here) where it would show this loading screen every time I try to use DumaOS. I have to turn off/restart router every time I want to use the OS. Is this something a fix is coming for? Cheers
  12. These are speeds after reboot. I haven't used the Os much due to the issue it has with not connecting unless i reboot each day but thats okay as it hasnt been a problem to not use the OS for the games i have been playing. Only that now I notice these massive speed drop offs where ill only get around 20-80MBps DL/UL unless i reboot
