.19 hasn't gone out to everyone yet but for new units we shipped with it, people are seeing the new update incrementally. When everyone has it the latest firmware will update but you're all good.

Hi, my R3 has version 4.0.19 installed. In the Latest Firmware section, version 4.0.16 is shown. Do I have a bug in the R3? Or did you just forget to update the Latest Firmware section?

Well i will also switch back to the xr500 till hybrid VPN arrives. BTW thanks for the fast delivery and hopefully the feature drop soon

Hab heute den R3 erhalten und komischerweise musste ich gar nichts bezahlen. Vermutlich glück gehabt  oder ich bekomm von DHL später noch eine Rechnung. Auf jeden Fall war die Zustellung von DHL seltsam, der hat das Paket um 7:40 einfach vor die Tür gestellt, ohne zu klingeln.

I have the confirmation. But normally the German customs want to see the percentage of the VAT. Since you in UK have a VAT of 20% and we in Germany 19%. I calculated the VAT it is 20%  so nether mind. DHL will collect the customs and taxes  

I just asked me the same question. Since Netduma Limited is an UK company in Germany we should pay for customs and taxes. The only exception is if its payed upfront from the seller, see https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/pakete-empfangen/express-sendung-empfangen/faq.html#
The question i have, do we get a receipt where the VAT is declared?
