Manually reconnect how I do that I only have the app right now pc is down

App keeps saying needs to reboot the router to take update but never loads back to do the update tried a few times and same thing ever time anything I can do to get the update thanks

I know it want cause lag but it helps keep the game play stable I have always used port forwarding over 10 years or more it helps a lot

I sent the picture of the rule it never goes active just stays inactive for all games

My port forwarding is inactive it’s supposed to be active so getting some lag in game because I can’t get the ports to go active on r2 software 4.0.258

New firmware update no ipv6 can it be turned on from router

So still no new update or u got have early access I had to put the r3 back in box and hook back up r2 been waiting on a update for the r3 feel like I wasted my money 🥹

It’s one of the main problems I had to stop useing the r3 intill maybe one day a update comes out before I am 90 in a wheelchair 🦼 😂

With all the problems for the r3 and me getting a 60 percent packet loss for over a week and I had my internet checked and Xbox live side both are working great so I finally went back to the r2 and boom no problems and that packet loss went away never to be seen again I will stay on the r2 intill one day they come with a new r3 update 🤞

Yea they said they are close to a new firmware update but it’s been months if they don’t come out with a new firmware soon this will bankrupt them no one will buy a nother new netduma every I switched back to the r2 to see if I can get better ping and gaming on it will no Tom

Yea steady ping for me puts me over 150 ping or more ever day I have to keep turning it off and the smart boost to even get 60 to 70 ping and now 60 percent packet loss want go away I might have go buy a another router

I believe they got the steady ping wrong if u look it says your ping falls below target ping they will raise it but we know lower the ping the better we don’t need ping to be raised this is why are pings are though the roof soon as I turn steady ping off my ping goes back down so I now I just keep it off intill a update ever comes a

Yea I had to stop playing any game that ping matters like 2k/apex/cod I am getting over 100 ping all day long and my Xbox shows offline hope they come out with a update soon to fix some of these I know they don’t want keep rushing out bad updates but it is getting bad

Unplug from back of console plug it back in should work 🤞does for me intill the update

My was not coming though ethier but if u unplug your Ps5 or Xbox from the back wait a sec and plug it back in it will show up the ipv6

I know he told us a few days ago that the new firmware was working and fixes a lot of these problems and it would go live soon i think with in the next week hopefully 🤞

Do u have upnp turned off on modem only the r3 upnp is turned on

Turn off strict mode and or filter mode it’s blocking to much I had that problem to turn both off and it went though

Hopefully 🤞 they said all this is fixed in the next firmware update hope it’s soon my 2k gaming has went down because of all these issues lol look like a bum shooting 3s but they don’t know I am on over 100 ping 😂

How long intill next firmware update very soon or month away

Yea I get problems useing geo filter to shows my Xbox inactive never says active and I am on my Xbox and pc right beside me with geo filter opened and nothing and I was getting high ping so I had to turn steady ping off and smart boost to get half way stable ping I almost want go back to the r2 😢and my port forwarding shows the ports I put in inactive instead of active man seems like we are beta testing for them

Yea same here I am on the newest firmware and I was getting high ping over a 100 sometimes so disable smart boost and geo filter and it went back down 🤔

Yea that’s every ones r3 not showing active and higher ping they supposed to be fixing it

Still having a lot gaming problems high ping and nat type noting showing up or ipv6 not working I mean a lot problems might have to go back to the r2 intill the r3 is stable enough to use and that’s sad I really like it just wished it worked better for gameing

Running into a lot small things causing problems got my Xbox on smart boost top priority and others things are getting more internet then my Xbox and I have it plug in I feel like things on WiFi should not be getting more internet then my Xbox that’s plug in and top priority then can’t run ping optimizer says error code every time thanks
