Did all that, restart and same issue. Sometimes it goes through but it's like 1 in 10 times. Not sure what the issue could even be.

So I have option in my modem to enable port forwarding Should I enable it and disable upnp in R3 or disable port forwarding in modem and enable upnp in R3? Of course I'll need to set R3 in wan with the port forwarding IP I'm given.

Update on the issue. Seems to fixed it self for now and connects normally to NL udp server. Hope stays like that ahah

Again failed. I did reset of R2 just in case it did not help tho. Is there any vpn provider you would suggest that might work with Hybrid VPN? Maybe its Nord issue?

Yep works fine in OpenVPN client.
