Heatmap just pings servers, it won't be causing you not to filter but it is a very hard server to force - I suspect and it makes sense now as well that they use it for busy periods (launch month) so I would suggest covering a few more servers

Para configurar digi en modo puente, necesitas ademas del usuario y contraseña de PPPOE configurar tambien VLAN. Si mal no recuerdo los identificadores que usa digi son 20 o 24.
Prueba a configurar Vlan prrimero poniendo 20 y configurando PPPOE con los datos que le proporcionaron, si no funciona pruebe a cambier el 20 por un 24. En principio haciendo eso deberia de tener conexion a internet.

Now you've set it there, if you reboot from the interface does it work?
Do you require a custom MTU to be set?
Do you know whether your ISP requires you to use their modem/router?
