Has anyone ever been able to use this feature? Ive had this router since day one... and I have never been able to use it. Test my ping works.... but I can never optimize my ping. Im on the latest firmware, everytime new firmware comes out, that the first feature I try to see if its fixed for me. The error I get is " DumaOS is unable to complete the Ping Optimizer process due to external circumstances.

can i get access to that ? Update...i went to the early access page and downloaded it

MY ps5 is doing the same thing...i have the latest firmware installed and ps5 is up to date.. wire connection

Fixed ......ok...so I just changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and everything pops up now

No sir, still not working after alot of reboots , after changing settings... So heres a list of everything I've done to try to remedy the situation...I changed the MTU size, Ad blocker was always disabled. I've disabled "Use Upstream DNS"...I used google DNS ....1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8. My ps5 is hardwired into the second slot behind my PC

just the MTU change, I use the google DNS on the Netduma...i was thinking it carried over to the ps5 correct?

Hello , thank you soo much for that information. I went into the ps5 internet settings and set mtu.. to 1473 and on my netduma I set it to 1488 … due to the video in your attachment. Which I did the tests to find out which one was the right MTU for me… still not working . I’ve attached pictures of my store tabs… this is all of the time.

Ive had this probelm from day 1. The only issue is, when i go to the store on the ps5 , none of the icons show up...its like it cant communicate with the store. Ive tired multiple fixes....nothing worked...help lol.

Fraser, Good evening sir.. I upgraded to the beta firmware....now it wont let me into Duma OS its saying "Features loading : This could take up to four minutes.. Please wait.. If it doesn't come up reboot your router" Ive rebooted about three times now

No, my wireless devices work .... but everything hardwired cannot access the internet at all... i use my phone with the app to reboot the router.

Hello Fraser, this log is after my reboot... that would be kind of hard to get the log before it happens because I dont truly know when its about to happen. Im on firmware .41. Hello guys, im a weekend warrior pretty much. I work alot during the week and the weekend is my time to game and such other things...Well....this weekend hasn't been going well....started yesterday afternoon. I rebooted my whole setup to get a fresh new connection and stuff.. now im constantly getting disconnected..and its pretty severe.. Its happening every 20-40 mins. I have to reboot the R3 and it works....then...off again...Ive been doing little things in the forums to try to remedy the situation..and to no avail....Please help. Hello guys, ok I dont see the option to turn off geo-filtering...I see Geo-latency "on - off toggle" ....Ive never set up ad blocker. Ive attached pictures of my store...this is how it always shows up

My ps5 is hardwired into my netduma R3 .....slot 1 (dont know if that matters) nothing special as far as a different DNS or configuration from my PC .....any ideas?

Hello, I dont have that same setup but my R3 is allowing me to play online on my PS5 but it doesn't load any of the tiles on the main screen or when going to the shop. I also have a nat "type 2"

So your saying Bufferbloat should not be as important to me and I should prioritize speed over it? Being that I dont share bandwith with anyone.

Good Morning Gents! First off thank you for making me feel welcome here and all the great work to the DUMA staff..I really appreciate everything. I want to talk about bufferbloat...ive been hearing alot about this topic..and this is something that I'd like to get straightened out on my network as much as possible...... so below i have my attached results from my test...the last firmware .40 I was able to achieve an A+ rating...this latest firmware...its went wayyyyyy south. I have a few questions....once you get a A+ is this something that usually stays that way? or do you have to tweak it daily? Secondly.. I changed my WAN DNS settings to Googles...you know the 8.8.8.8 and so forth...will that affect my results? I have the R3 in DMZ ...conjestion sliders to 60/85 which was the same as the last time i got a A+. Smartboost on with the only priority set as gaming .........that's 90% of what I do.......I live by myself with Gigabit internet ... 1k up and down...Im scratching my head here guys lol. I always run the tests with "Speed Bypass" off. Do you run the tests with all of your usual equipment running or turn everything else off? So bufferbloat of A+ is the gold standard and what I should be shooting for right? Would you accept just an "A" ? Also to setup WIFI 6 you need to manually set the 5ghz band to 160MHZ frequency right?
