Hi. Sorry, I'm replying on my phone so i couldn't add a pic . I use a laptop when usung the software Funny enough yesterday no probs at all. I didn't do anything. No reboots. Nada. It just decided to work fine all nite. No rapp errors and QOS worked in every scenario. Totally weird and coincidental seeing as the last 10 days approx have been the complete opposite

Hi. No Armor. On phone so no pic. My isp is 1000/150. I set my speeds based on setup wizard readings which almost always hits about 939/161. I start with Always at 100%. I follow the drop by 10% rule when trying bufferbloat. As mentioned, after 2 slides i usually get rapp errors and bandwith is not being capped by QOS. I have to toggle a few times to get it to re engage. Another thing is when doing waveform i will notice my download will hold in the A+ target(5ms or lower) for almost the whole test, then spike last minute . It takes several more resets before it works proper

XR1000. .64 i believe. The stock one. The other issue is QOS Alway doesn't hold all the time. It often releases the cap speeds when i test sliders more than twice I have to toggle between Always/auto or never, and what also seems to help is i have to reset/update both up/down on BA.

Failed rapp when using QOS is getting very tiresome. I reboot and i set rapp from 3 to 5 . This last week it's just nonstop.

Have you tried w/ download share excess off? I find gameplay is smoother by doing this

Hi. Any word on this yet.? That server still shows up all the time. Also, any clue how to ping a server? I click on a server, copy domain name and when i try to ping in a command prompt, it always shows as timed out.

Hi LagFixes. I have 1 gig d/150 up. I have 2 devices, xbox and laptop wired up to the XR1000, and rarely use both simultaneously. Nobody else using the internet . Wifi is turned off and i get that from my isp modem Suggestions? Upnp on or off? Share excess on or off? When i had an Edge Router it was simple to get an A+. I just did a speed test on Ookla on laptop and put in those values. If that didnt work i dropped values slightly and booyaka. With this router i can't for the life of me get even an A, on laptop or Xbx. If i use ookla values....B at best. If i use iinitial setup speeds...B. if i use benchmark speeds...B. if i use auto detect speeds.....B.(all these different type speed tests give vasly different values also, wtf) Whatever test i run, or whatever values i input, and then tweek and test like crazy w/ the sliders, i NEVER get a good bufferbloat score. Only 1 time i did but since that day, those same values now are actually worse l than a B lmao Currently i find the best but inconsistant setup for me is to set my bandwith at 200/200. 100% sliders. Set to Never. Share excess off on devices. Set BA to 144/144 on xbox. Traffic prio off. Despite a dogpoopy buffer score, it still feels decent. Any suggestions would help

What changed? I've seen several posts not to check these tests on the Xbox directly.

When i boot the game up I'm noticing a server in Saskatchewan. As far as i know EA doesn't have one there, but it constantly comes up on the Geo Filter. I live in AB and when i connect to it, i get worse ping to it than the one in Oregon or Cali. Any thought?

Hi. I use the IP passthrough on ISP modem. I keep wifi on my ISP modem and turn off wifi on XR1000 and plug in my console and laptop to it. I used to bridge but i find this actually feels smoother for gaming imo.

Question about filter. W/ ping assist on 0, and my radius on home location, why am i showing I'm in a different location? When my friends join who live where i do, their icons show they are in my province of AB, but it shows I'm all the way in Cali?

Hi. Might be a dumb question. Lets say a connection is 1000/1000. Whats the difference between setting those values on QOS and using the sliders to say 50% to acheive 500/500, or leaving the sliders at 100% and inputing 500/500 as the connection? Reason i ask is I'm finding if i use the sliders on Always, when i do a buffertest the speeds always seem to go slightly higher than the slider limit.

Hi. Am looking to setup up my XBS console to use the Edge Router QOS and DumaOs geofilter. My ISP modem can either be bridged or i can put a port in passthrough(not sure which is better) Any suggestions?

Hi Fraser, Will do. One more question. Since doing many resets i also noticed that the router has 3 speed tests(initial setup, benchmark and set bandwith), and all perform vastly different. My package is 1000/150 Initial setup usually gets 940-970/150-165, but generally my UL breaks the 150 almost always. Benchmark gets 600-700 and 140-149. UL rarely cracks 150 Set bandwith is always the worst. DL rarely cracks 500 and UL is around 110-130. What value should be set on CC if i decide to change/tinker with CC? So far i have been using the initial setup speeds

Hi. I ran into a known issue with Classified Games not working for the last month. I have tried sooo many different combos/rules under Games Console What i noticed is when setting this method that DL packets register more than UL packets by 3/4/ to 1 everytime. In all honesty using port prio made the XBS feel slower. So after handfuls of factory resets Classified Games started working again. What i noticed is that with this working the DL/UL packets are almost equal, and the gameplay is noticeably and definitely better. When i play a P2P mode is when it feels best. The UL is slightly out hitting the DL. When i connect to servers, it's not as crisp, but a million times better than the last month under Games Console. The DL is slightlyregistering higher than the UL on servers i noticed. Any ideas as to why or how i can set the UL to register higher than the DL all the time?

Hi Fraser So I've gone over tons of opinions on here. Some say bufferbloat on Xbox edge is innacurate, use aIf pc. I read if you disable share excess then the BA values you set are for each device. I currently have my XB to 30/30 and left rest alone. If i do a bb test on my XB edge, is that the true value.? If i do a bb test on my laptop, wouldn't that just be the bufferbloat score for just that device, and not my entire connection?

Hi. Quick questions Disablng share excess should be done in applications, devices or both? If i want to set my XBOX speeds to 5up/5down, do i set that with the top QOS bars or? Can i have my bandwith set to 100%. On bandwith allocation flower, can i select devices, select xbox, and turn my up/dl speeds down from there?
