  2. Hi, I wanted to let you, that I factory reset and also fix the issue,and not turn it off SmartBOOST anymore.
  3. So far more than 24 hours I didn't have any issues, it seems like disabling SmartBOOST does the trick for me, however I wanted to have it on all the time, I turned it on when I play and turn it off after.
  4. Disabling ipv6 didn't work for me 24 hours later I couldn't login restart is the only fix
  5. Got home an hour ago ones again i don't have acces to the router via web or app I reset it that's the onlything it fix the issue, I'll try disabling SmartBoost will see!
  6. I have tried disable lan and wan ipv6 to see if that helps so far no issues I'll be updating tomorrow.

Is the same issue I'm having I'm glad is not just me! posted screen shots you didn't reply, that is a bug after almost 24 hours is necessary to reset R3 to get access via web or app, I know you have to ask the same question to anyone, but I think is more than obvious that is not the browser or anything else this is a software bug, I love my R3 is a great product I hope you guys figure everything out.

I just wanted to let you guys know (netduma team) that in my case after a while let say more than 24 hours I'm not able to login with the app or web, when that happens I have to reset R3 to get access again, this kinda annoying, hopefully you guys will figure it out, I'm running the latest firmware. .20 it happens with previous too. Please any other person that have this problem reported here thanks.

Besides minor bugs with ping optimizer and steady ping, I want to thank netduma team for this great product, much better than R2 it performs well, for people that complain about hardware I have a dream machine pro, with a 1400 xfinity internet connection, let me tell you guys more than 1 gb is a waste, no server utilized 1+gb so that being said, netduma R3 rocks period 👌✨️😀
  13. Tried one more time from my computer hardwired it worked, not sure if the issue is with wifi only.
  14. So far only with MW3 ,also ping optimizer is not working properly I did it 1 time, if I tried again it says that the ping is already optimized it doesn't let me do it one more time.
  15. Hi, I received the r3 today I'm so happy 😊 hardware working fine, I have used it for 4 hours and I noticed 1 things steady ping sometimes works like 20 % of the time is that normal? It says something that can't ping server

  19. Hi, in my case I work for a company that has the servers in USA, so this server provide an US ip, but my original ip is in costa rica, can you guys make a list to add that info "additional ips", in that case you guys will have a database regarding ips.
