So so you mean the mac address on the smart hub or the ont? Ive removed the smart hub now and just got the xr to the ont I with just its deafaultac address I think, will I be better conecting the smart hub to find out uts mac address then remove it and enter its mac address in the xr?

So ive taken away the hub the xr is direct to the ont again ive switxhed the nat filtering to off is that safe with the xr behind the hub?

Ive tried everything but speeds capped to 620 mb with the xr, does the traffic prio and geo filter work with the xr connected to ont? If not ill just need to use the bt smart hub till it gets updated, disappoint from a £300 router

This is with ping plotter nothing running notice the high packet loss at first hop, is that my ont?

Hi so now I have cc workin its made my connection worse for some weird reason below is when I removed the xr100 and just used the bt smart hub, then no matter what I set the sliders best I can get is a C even when I fully disable QOS makes no differance though ive noticed the download speed in the bufferbloat is much lower with the xr1000 in dmz with qos fully disabled smart hub without direct to ont this is with xr in dmz qos fully disabled this with qos on duma settings

Now noticed qos is still not working tried lowering the to 70% but still getting full speeds

Thanks thats it setup only thing i've noticed is it sayed conflicting interest and changed my ips on xr to 10.x.x.x is ther a way I can change back to 192.x.x.x?

Is it safe putting the xr1000 in dmz? Or is there anoher way?

What would be the best way to set up with the bt hub to ont then the xr100 wired to the bt hub, delete pppoe in xr1000 is there anything else id nd 2 change for it to connect?

Hi thanks for the response, any idea when it will be released? I wasnt wanting to use th bt hub was thinking for optimal performance that the xr1000 straight to ont would be much better for competive gaming?

Hi, Ive just switched isp from sky to bt both fttp, I have the xr1000 connected directly to the ont but Ive noticed that congestion control doesnt work now, it was fine when connected to the sky hub then ont. Also wondering if I even need traffic prio on now that I have 900mb download speed?
