okay so there is a problem. I did what you write to me. But i change the device type from device manager to consol than i added the geo filter and it works so i think system cant see the pc Fraser

i turned back to 3.3.280 Fraser but its ok.And yes thats the SS while im in game and there is nothing Fraser
