I corrected the issue by doing a factory reset and manually reapplying my configuration. But I feel that you should not have to do a factory reset and manually apply your configuration to fix what is basically a user data entry in the configuration. This is not the first time I have seen this issue. Why is there a lack of logic checking the user entry for this required data targeting geo filter devices? Then if the data is not found then it requests the user to make a choice to keep or remove the entry. Why is this an issue after this much time has passed?

So you're telling me to install a beta? No thanks. Had enough trouble with this router as it is. It is no longer my main router. I can't trust it.

It is 2023 and this bug is at least 2 years old. This is why this pile of junk is no longer my main router. All this is good for is the geo fence. I had to dumb this overpriced under developed router down to just using it for the Geo Filter. I removed it from my network as the main router be cause it is not worth the damn trouble manually install everything when it decides to crash. I thought most of my problems were because I had a netgear router running this. But I see this is on their own hardware. So.I'm not so sure. Here is a question for you. Why can't you at least add a utility to clear the data from the devices for the geo filter?

Yes I deleted all the lists and tried to upload the default only it would not complete the upload. I tried this before I even posted on here. I'm not doing a factory reset. Every time I do a factory reset I have to manually reconfigure the whole router because this router will never load the backup settings from the the file. My last nighthawk always loaded the backup if I had a problem which was almost never after the first year I had it. Then all my devices are offline for a while while I have to go through the settings. Then if I want to use the QOS I have to set that up again and then the Geo Filter again and so on. I honestly believe I got a lemon or they underpowered this router. I will go a different route for ad blocking it's not worth it.

I tried adding a list as file with just the default loaded as a url. So that is not the issue. I also just had this router not save a ip address I permanently assigned. Will the the Geo Filer still work if I change this to AP mode?

It will not upload a list. It just gets stuck at this screen.

That link is the first list I loaded. I looked on the NetDuma site to set it up. something.com and sometired.com that is in the blacklist file both loaded. Queries show nothing blocked for this machine. It's only blocking stuff on my Apple TV's & TV's. Which doesn't make any since to me as nothing is being browsed on those.

My PS5 is on a DMZ no other machine has any of the above.

I did add the pinhole lists and some others all the same. It is blocking some but only on 2 devices for some reason. The MacBook I am testing it on is not blocking anything on it.

I'm on the latest firmware. QOS is enabled. I have added the default list from the NetDuma site and the whole PiHole blacklist and the only thing so far reporting that it's blocking metrics.icloud.com. Queries are zero on every device.

When are we going to get a new firmware with hybrid VPN??? When is xr1000 going to be caught up with NetDuma R2? I have seen over and over soon! Why has it been in testing for at least 3 months??
