Servers not appearing on Ping Heatmap won't affect the Geo-Filter in anyway so if X server isn't appearing there it will still be possible to connect to it on the Geo-Filter. Servers are generally clustered in one location, now when they're correctly located it's not too much of a problem as it will be a good ping regardless but I do get your point, when there is a rogue server in there that shouldn't be that can force you onto a higher ping server. We have been developing tools behind the scenes to improve our detection, classification and locations and so we're experimenting with this now so it will result in more accurate and faster updates.
I've also already tasked the team with testing the troubles people are having with filtering and so we will get it sorted.

In this video I expose the huge problem Netduma has with server locations. They wont update it on a regular basis, making it so we can't find games consistently. Keep in mind we PAID A LOT OF MONEY for this "PREMIUM" routers. The servers are stacked on top of each other, taking out the whole point of geo fencing servers. This not only happens in Warzone it also happens in Fortnite and god knows which other games. WE NEED CONSTANT SUPPORT BECAUSE THE ROUTERS ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE AND THIS PROBLEM BEEN HERE SINCE FOREVEVER. When you check the IP adresses in the Geo Filter the location don't make sense, And the closest servers get blocked because of this problem. YOU NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE ON A PAYROLL THAT CAN BE ON TOP OF THIS ISSUE. And I forgot to mention in the video that the Sync Cloud option crashes the whole router. Imagine paying 800 bucks for a router that wont work unless you do a super deep research just to find out that someone at Netduma wont update
netduma.mp4 server locations. Trying to find aliens is easier to do than making the router work as intended. I love you guys but things are getting outta hand

They are probably working already on the Netduma R3 and have no resources to fix stuff.

I’ve had zero problems with the router. Everything is pretty much self explanatory. There’s tons of tutorials and videos for every feature. What are you wanting the router to do that it’s not doing then? I only said what I said because you mention warzone specifically. I play warzone and Cold War and have zero issues aside from the usual cod bs that has NOTHING to do with my r2...

I just wanted to say thank you both for your help, I appreciate it more than both of you know! @[email protected] Fraser

After getting everything sorted out, what exactly is considered a perfect buffer bloat? I'm assuming no latency, low numbers and a small red i?

After doing a ton of tests on DSLReports I have found that QoS 25/10 gives me no yellow in the DSLReports test

When QOS is disabled I get my normal speeds, If It was a ISP thing I think with the router's QOS off it would still not read lower speeds than I'm actually getting but it reads the speeds i should be getting so i'm a little confused

I've been talking to @Newfieas well and we already changed the packet type to UDP because of the whole verizon fios thing.

Verizon Fios, ONT > R2, All devices are connected to the R2. The device we are talking about is ethernet.
IPv6 is off for both WAN and LAN.
DHCP is enabled but i'm not using any "identifiers"?

Edit: Uploaded Picture -> I left pingplotter open while sleeping for a few hours (8:00-2:00), nobody was using the network at this time as we were both sleeping. This is also a different domain, I used pingplotter.com instead of twitter.com like the pictures above incase I was having issues connecting to twitter.com

As you can see I'm getting packetloss, and it shows the netduma up top  (45% Packet Loss)
    QOS is On - > Never -> 100/100 -> Goodput On

Yes so I have a rather modest connection which is very easy to saturate and as long as I don’t see spikes it’s fine, I get the odd spike when streaming Netflix due to my isp but nothing to be concerned about as it’s a low spike.
Heres a test where I’m testing out the WiFi connection on my iPad. I used DSLreports as it saturates my connection. I’m using the PingPlotter app and in the background and I’m using PingPlotter wired connection to my Mac in the background which can’t be seen, this is not Netduma router I’m using but gives an idea of what’s going on.
You will see what happens when I turn off the QoS on the second test on in this video.
Here’s a photo showing a wired connection test with PingPlotter showing the slight rise when my line was saturated.
The R2 I have achieves the same using the congestion control sliders so different routers and QoS but I get similar results.
I prefer PingPlotter rather than DSLreports due to the fact I can run PingPlotter in the background so it’s a live view rather than a snapshot at time of testing and I found DSLreports was a tad off at times.
