    Hi
    @petr
    @Cameron
    @dougy4t
    @sabarblade
    @SaltySquirrel
    We've upgraded your modem to the latest firmware, so you can get an early view of Game Optimiser.  If you werent activated before, we've manually activated Game Optimiser on your modem as well.  So note that an activation email will come through on November 10th, and from then you'll be able to cancel it (if you wish, hopefully not!) using your MyTelstra app.
    Your modem login screen should now show Game Optimiser as Active, check out the user guide to get started: https://www.telstra.com/game-optimiser-user-guide
    Ping me on here if you want it removed before then and let us know in the forums how you go with it. Cheers

    Hi All,
    If you have an Arcadyan/LH1000 Smart Modem and one of the few that have managed to be able to prematurely activate Game Optimiser in MyTelstra; apologies - the first firmware version wasnt intended for customer use.  But since its activated on your device, we can put your device at the top of queue for new firmware rollout occurring in the next few weeks.  Just reply here with your devices serial number and note you were able to activate via MyTelstra,
    If you have an Arcadyan/LH1000 Smart Modem but havent yet been able to activate in MyTelstra; you will be able to from 10th November and access the 1mth trial.  But in meantime, if you reply here with your devices serial number and note you havent been able to activate via MyTelstra - I'll check out whether we can get you enabled early.

    Open the Telstra GUI in a new page instead of in the DumaOS frame

    Great thanks, if you provide the MAC addresses in PMs we can work on classifying them better.

    I can confirm that our Nintendo Switch detection is a lot better in the latest internal build.
    As Fraser said, we are currently in the process of vastly improving our device detection. You should start to see a difference soon.

    Fix browsing to modem GUI on a mobile device, it's almost unusable (S10 5G (Telstra network of course!!)) Custom DNS More info (call out / help icon) on what size is limited when adding Adblocker lists/files, have discovered anything over 20mb(ish) it'll crash the router Making the GUI more functional on small-sized screens (I am using a Surface Pro 7 and it took me a while to find out I had to scroll down to find the custom lists section in the Adblocker app) Ability to disable the 'apps' not used, I am only using DumaOS because of the Adblocker app/function - disabling apps could free up space for bigger Adblocker lists etc.

    I've been testing the fresh LH100 firmware myself over the weekend - and its a lot better than it was a few weeks ago from my perspective.

    Once we have a production build, we will look to roll it out earlier to specific users first, so I will reach out to get a list of serial numbers to activate.

    I'm not sure if this is more of an actual modem software feature but I'd love the ability to be able to set a custom DNS server, I know the actual modem software technically lets you do this however it's a predefined list.
    I'd also like to see more analytics in the connection benchmark, maybe a graph that pings a server (e.g. Telstra DNS) every minute or so in order to be able to see the stability of your connection.

    Thank you for the suggestion, we are actually in the process of improving our device classification system so hopefully you'll see this improvement in future versions. What is the specific device you see that with? If you provide us the correct name of the device and the MAC address we can correct it for the future.

    After using the alpha, I’m really excited for the open beta (for the Arcadyan model) purely for the Adblock feature. Didn’t realise how many trackers are constantly sending data from devices when they aren’t even being used (thousands every few minutes). Did notice a few errors with the firmware of course being an alpha, some websites took a very long time to load and others were okay. Both CPU’s recorded a consistent 70-90% usage and couldn’t help wonder if it was related to the known 0.12.09r firmware bug with the constant health check log entries. Either way I’m super happy to be considered for the open beta thank you guys!

    Hi Neo,

    Technically LH100 is an alpha firmware, that users were not supposed to be able to access yet.

    We have done a closed beta for the LH100 and have an updated firmware that will start rolling out late October. Closer to that date, I'll get @Cameron and yourself added to the first cohort of customers that will get the update.

    I am using it now and its significantly better - we made a number of changes to the firmware since the version you are currently using.

    I haven't seen any official documentation regarding this but I believe it is 512Mb. You can see the RAM Usage on the System Information page.

    I'm glad you like DumaOS!
    Have you ticked the box that says "Allow Test While Internet Is In Use"?
    This will force the tests to complete even when the network is busy.

    I'm super excited about this launch!
    And remember folks, we'll be pushing software updates regularly. It's all automatic and will require no manual input from you once Game Optimiser is activated.

    Totally understandable! I love DumaOS as much as many on this forum (the smoothness in Modern Warfare has actually helped me up my game too), so I want to get this product out! We will send some updates out on Forums and media when we are ready to go!

    Hey, welcome to the forum!
    The one that begins on Thursday is for Technicolor only at the moment. I have asked the team regarding Arc and when we can expect that to go in beta. We will keep you in mind for that! The DumaOS App is currently available, if you search for Netduma then you should find it on iOS and Android stores. As far as I am aware it will use the existing Telstra firewall. It's sort of a combination type deal, I think that's best to ensure that you can always have a connection if a bug were to appear for example.

    Hey Cameron, we are working on the Arcadyan build now (i've actually got it running myself - playing a bit of COD). We plan to give everyone access to at least a full on us to give us feedback and see if it's good enough. However if there is some interest in a few people with Arcadyan devices joining a early access beta - I can check with the team and see what is possible.
