Exactly as Fuzy said. It will help with QoS and Network Monitor for example, anything that relies on DPI. It will detect the patterns in the traffic to determine what you're doing and then depending on your QoS settings it knows what to do with it or it will simply appear in Network Monitor etc.

Deep Packet Inspection. In short, in what DumaOS uses to identify the different applications/games are running. Each application usually has something unique about it's traffic, we teach DPI what to look for and it can then identify that traffic and do what you like with it.

Of course, but I used to do this with my Asus router and all methods had low jitter and packet loss. Just wanted to point this out, so you can check if it is indeed an issue.

Yep, you got it.
If you DMZ the Asus router in the R2, you may indeed find problems in game and using the internet in general.
