  1. Early Access? Is that something I could join?
  2. Is it the "Intel Ethernet Controller l225-V / l226-V" that you are using? Those chip's are know for having issues like you are describing. Try updating the driver to version 2.1.4.2 or newer, it should help.
  3. Yeah it's a bug with the .40 firmware if you use PPPoE. I'm having the same issue, hopefully it's fixed in the next update.
  4. You need to enable SmartBoost to configure CC to Always on.
  5. It seems like PPPoE is the issue, here is a speedtest with a Friztbox 7530 AX handling PPPoE & R3 DHCP.
  6. Could you disable Smartboost and check your speed & post your results? The issue I'm having is with Smartboost disabled, it lowers my upload speeds.
  7. The ONT is a Calix 801G GigaPoint v2 - Which is standard for CityFibre installs. https://support.aa.net.uk/CityFibre_ONT It doesn't have a GUI or that, it's purely a modem for FTTP R3 is the only router been used (PPPoE)
  8. Yes My ISP is Zen, but the Fibre lines / infrastructure is through "CityFibre"
  9. Ah yes how silly of me! - Okay Congention Control is working fine I can confirm. But the low upload speed with SmartBoost Disabled is still a issue on .40
  10. I've tried enabled & disabled - Same results Speed Test Bypass seems to do nothing or congestion Control isn't working correctly on Firmware .40
  11. Default settings Auto
  12. @Netduma Fraser For some reason, my upload speed is low with SmartBOOST disabled with .40 About 70Mbps When I enabled SmartBOOST, it's over 800 Mbps
  13. @Netduma Fraser "It wasn't an Adblocker bug specifically but: There were some last minute blocker issues that were caught preventing the update being released"
  14. VDSL requires a modem, so I would just keep your Friztbox & use it solely as a modem. Disable the Friztbox WiFi and put the R3's Wan IP into DMZ.
  15. Netduma R3 can only do 1gbs max, it doesn't have 2.5gbs Lan ports. The increased ping might be due to the high CPU usage bug, which should be fixed in the next firmware update.
  16. You need to scroll down the left panel to find troubleshooting
  17. Change the game region to Americas on Battle.net, it should download faster.... Change back after the update is done. I don't know why, but the EU servers for updates are terrible.
  18. I've noticed since replacing my Asus router with the R3, I'm not quite getting the full speeds anymore with a wired connection I'm guessing it's due to PPPoE? If it is, will it be fixed in a future firmware? I've already disabled SmartQoS / Smart Boost, which helped a little bit & disabling IPv6 made little to no difference.
  19. Hi, I'm trying to setup the R3 on my Zen - City Fibre connection When I try set the VLAN to 911, it doesn't save Is there a fix? I've just received the R3 today EDIT: Firmware 4.0.23 fixed the issue, thanks!
  20. You'll need to log into your BT Smart Hub & go into it's advanced settings, You need to look for something called "DMZ" - It's normally found on the Port Forwarding page You'll need to scroll through a list of devices connected to the smart hub, select Netduma R2 or it's mac address, tick the DMZ box & Apply. This will stop the Smart hub's firewall from interfering with your Netduma or causing "Double-Nat" issues.
  21. Had to sign up again, forgot the password for my old account & no longer have access to the old email I used for it - oops lol Anyway.... I have the same issue & it only happened today - following your steps did resolve it but trying to update back to the latest version brings up the error "DUMAOS not loaded yet" again. EDIT: Forgot to mention I'm using the XR500.
