The Geo-Filter may be causing a misreading of the NAT, disable it, restart then check the NAT status, if it is Open you can re-enable the Geo-Filter and ignore the moderate reading.
The R3 WAN IP should be in the DMZ on your modem. The PS5 IP can be put into the R3 DMZ if you still have NAT moderate but it should not be put in the modem DMZ.
That's a very good ping so it's likely the game - this always happen around launch time.

We haven't announced a release date yet. We do have a target internally so we're not slacking off. We're making good progress on DumaOS 3.0.
But we don't want to promise a release date and then have to delay it.
