Kahari reacted to Netduma Fraser in Constant disconnects with R3
I've given you Early Access, try the firmware there and see if you get the same experience https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

Factory reset from troubleshooting instead, does it reset then properly?

Kahari reacted to DARKNESS in Factory Reset R3
@KahariThe R3 can only handle 1G, with a maximum speed of 800-900Mbps. The ping optimizer is a known issue that’ll be fixed in the next firmware update. But if you know how to adjust for bufferbloat, it’s not a must-have feature. For convenience, try using incognito mode or an extension that clears your cache. Sometimes, saved cache can cause problems, especially with DumaOS. If you need to factory reset your device, use the interface instead of the pinhole. It might not work in some cases, and the guaranteed method is through the interface.
I use Comcast and to be honest their AQM sucks so you need to set up SQM properly. If you can’t get pingplotter then just use https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat

@KahariHave you tried running the XR500 in AP mode?

Okay that wouldn't be causing lag or hit detection issues then, try the above and feel free to provide screenshots of the results for comment

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? -
Kahari got a reaction from antBoy in Geo Filter No longer working
Earlier last week, the geo filter was working on my XR500 (while playing COD), but now it is no longer working at all. Servers aren’t showing up, my location isn’t showing in the geo filter, and it’s connecting me to games as if the filter isn’t on at all. I’ve tried restarting the router and modem, deleting the device, re syncing the cloud and re adding the device, (like previous methods) nothing has worked. What should I do?

Try this:
Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

Check the IP on the device itself and then check it against the name of the device you're adding on the Device Manager, do they match?

No I didn’t. I just reinstalled the correct version. I’ll try that and let you know.
