  1. Ok, thanks for checking. It's possible your IP address has changed since. We will check again tomorrow.
  2. Just an update guys - we'll be doing this either on Monday or at the latest, Tuesday of this coming week (17th / 18th). We will confirm in this thread once it has completed. Thank you for being really patient about this.
  3. Once you're upgraded to DumaOS you won't need to worry about this again, even if you downgrade back. It's just a leftover issue from a very old firmware.
  4. Thanks Mexi @macolive Je comprends. Je demande que cela soit fait pour vous le plus tôt possible
  5. We will post in this thread to confirm all the accounts that we were able to upgrade.
  6. Hi - we appreciate it has been a wait. We will get to these asap
  7. Merci de patienter. Nous devrions avoir cela complet très bientôt.
  8. Hi guys - we've got the system all setup now, so this will be done on Monday (or Tuesday at the very latest). Thank you for being patient with us on this.
  9. Hi there - thanks for ordering! No, but you can download the upgrade for free after completing the form at this link: https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/ You can install it straight away.
  10. Thanks both - should get this done this week for you all.
  11. Thanks - we will try to do this in the upcoming week.
  12. I'll PM you the upgrade email now.
  13. admin password (In English). If it does not work, you may need to factory reset the R1 by holding down the small reset button on the back of the router. Use something small like a pen or a paper clip to do this I will chase this up today to see when we can run these fixes
  14. Thank you. We will do this as soon as we can.
  15. Great news! Thanks for the kind words too 😊
  16. You may actually already have the latest firmware (click the i in the top right corner - does it show firmware version ending in .29?) If it ends in .10, you are on the older firmware so you need to upgrade. We have just sent you the email with the firmware link.
  17. Hi Palla - could you wait another 15 minutes, then power the router off (pull the power out) and then put it back in again. See if it then works please. If not, try factory resetting and try again. You do this by clicking the i in the top right corner, then choosing factory reset. Thanks!
  18. Chrome should be great, but just in case something weird has happened with cache, try upgrading using Firefox please.
  19. Are you already on DumaOS? I assume yes. What browser are you using? If you could screenshot your page when this happens and post here, that would be very helpful. Thanks.
  20. If you have not manually set your own login, it always defaults to admin and password (lowercase and make sure you type this in English) If you did set a manual login, try admin and password too if your usual entries are not working. If you can't get it to work, take a small object like a pen and push the reset button down at the back. Hold it down until the lights beep and then wait for the R1 to complete the factory reset. You can then access it again with the default admin and password Do you mean the file is taking a long time to download? Or that you have downloaded it and it's not installing onto your router?
  21. Hi there - thanks for the nice words. Not sure if I'm covering all your points here, but I'll do my best: Good to know on factory reset. That might be deliberate, but I'll share with the devs as that could cause problems in the future Auto-Ping will ping the dedicated server hosting your game. So it should quickly lock down onto it when you're playing a game. Are you finding it's changing? We'll write an article on it That's correct - tick rate is higher when players are nearby. That's good to know, we'll investigate Thanks again
  22. Make sure you enter these details accurately: admin password (this is all in lower case and should be typed in English) It was emailed to everyone who signed up to the open beta. Please go here if you have not already done so: https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/ Lower case please: password Did you manually set your own login up? If not, it always defaults to admin and password (and type this in English) If you can't get it to work, take a small object like a pen and push the reset button down at the back. Hold it down until the lights beep and then wait for the R1 to complete the factory reset. You can then access it again with the default admin and password You got it! That is almost certainly a coincidence - or at least it's not firmware related. Especially if you've cycled through different firmwares. It sounds like your modem may be messing up - perhaps try connecting to it directly and see if you get any drop outs through it. If the issue continues, please create a separate topic so we can help you there. It will just get buried in here. Is this the first time you have upgraded to it? Please create a separate topic so we can help you there.
