  4. We will try this again in the New Year - I think your IP address might be changing a lot as that's making it harder. But we'll let you know if we have been able to do it We will do this again in the New Year when the team are back from Christmas holidays, hopefully on 3rd or 4th January. What version are you on from the old R1 firmware? If it is pre-1.03.6 please follow this guide and then post in this thread: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000085789-how-to-upgrade-your-r1-from-version-1-03-5m-or-lower

  6. Just an update guys - we'll be doing this either on Monday or at the latest, Tuesday of this coming week (17th / 18th). We will confirm in this thread once it has completed. Thank you for being really patient about this.
  7. Once you're upgraded to DumaOS you won't need to worry about this again, even if you downgrade back. It's just a leftover issue from a very old firmware.

  17. admin password (In English). If it does not work, you may need to factory reset the R1 by holding down the small reset button on the back of the router. Use something small like a pen or a paper clip to do this I will chase this up today to see when we can run these fixes

  20. You may actually already have the latest firmware (click the i in the top right corner - does it show firmware version ending in .29?) If it ends in .10, you are on the older firmware so you need to upgrade. We have just sent you the email with the firmware link.
  21. Hi Palla - could you wait another 15 minutes, then power the router off (pull the power out) and then put it back in again. See if it then works please. If not, try factory resetting and try again. You do this by clicking the i in the top right corner, then choosing factory reset. Thanks!
  22. Chrome should be great, but just in case something weird has happened with cache, try upgrading using Firefox please.
