  1. Ok, thanks. There must be something happening in the background which is taking more than 30 seconds. It's not usually anything vital, so this warning message isn't usually anything to worry about, but it's obviously annoying. Questions: Does it only appear when you're on a particular page e.g. the Geo-Filter? Which browser are you using? What device are you using to connect to DumaOS e.g. PC Do you have any special firewall or security software running on the device you connect to the router with? Do you have a different PC/laptop you could try connecting to the router with. Does the message appear on this PC as well?

  12. We will try this again in the New Year - I think your IP address might be changing a lot as that's making it harder. But we'll let you know if we have been able to do it We will do this again in the New Year when the team are back from Christmas holidays, hopefully on 3rd or 4th January. What version are you on from the old R1 firmware? If it is pre-1.03.6 please follow this guide and then post in this thread: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000085789-how-to-upgrade-your-r1-from-version-1-03-5m-or-lower

  14. Just an update guys - we'll be doing this either on Monday or at the latest, Tuesday of this coming week (17th / 18th). We will confirm in this thread once it has completed. Thank you for being really patient about this.
  15. Once you're upgraded to DumaOS you won't need to worry about this again, even if you downgrade back. It's just a leftover issue from a very old firmware.
