  1. Same. Sadly without this feature I had no choice but to switch from the Duma. Honestly, if I have to add servers for every region with someone I might be playing with, and assuming those can change over time because they’re likely not static - I won’t think about coming back.
  2. I already switched to an EdgeRouter-X over a month ago, it was easy to setup / re-enable party chat. The impact of this issue and the lack of a solution is critical for those on Xbox, unless your friends or LFG’s you play with can use Discord for audio.
  3. Makes sense, thanks. Curious to hear what the condition is that makes it occur at some point/when it’s fixed.
  4. Thanks. Is the issue with XBL only affecting some people’s party chats, or is it more widespread?
  5. Thanks - if it wasn’t being observed in the beta I was going to request access, but if it’s occurring there as well it doesn’t make sense to upgrade.
  6. @Netduma Fraser Has this issue been reported on the 3.0 beta at all?
  7. Same error code for me as well. That only started popping up after the update as well, after the party sits for some time. Prior to latest update, there was no indication other than “connecting” status. @Netduma Fraser - thanks. Appreciate the team’s work; just hope that the timeline is pretty short. I would imagine there’s going to be an increasing number of instances of this given we’re going into a huge game season.
  8. I’ve also been seeing this problem for about 2 weeks, with Xbox’s only (no PC / App usage). At first, it was a select few people I couldn’t party up with but now it’s spread to even people who I could previously connect with. On my console, it doesn’t show any one is “disconnected” or “connecting...”, it all looks normal there’s just no sound from them. What they say about the audio is that they hear an initial noise, and then nothing. I’ve gone through the steps of factory resetting both my router and my xbox (keeping the games), with no change. Also, tried port forward directly as well as UPNP, and nothing - after the the router reset, I no longer see teredo tunnels in my UPNP logs either, just entries for Demonware port mapping going to my Xbox on 2036 and 1200. I should add that I hadn’t updated to the latest Xbox system update when I could still party with people - after the update it was noticeably worse. I usually don’t run with Geo on at all.
  9. Yes, I was able to connect the PC directly to the modem, reboot it (the modem), and make a successful connection to the VPN. Also, the geo-filter is not enabled.
  10. What firmware version are you on? 1.03.6h What speeds do you get from multiple speed tests? 14ms/93Mbps down/9Mbps up, 19ms/91Mbps/9Mbps What is your current setup? Arris Modem > R1 > All Devices What is your specific issue? (Provide as many details as possible. If it is a lag issue include the screenshots from here in your post) Issue is that when I attempt to use a VPN client on a specific PC (Windows, Palo Alto Global Protect) I'm unable to successfully connect to the VPN. It initially connects and I can see outbound packets in the connection dialog box, but I never receive inbound packets. This client has tested successfully at "open" WiFi locations, such as Starbucks and on other corporate "guest" networks. It does not work from home however. Our previous client, Juniper Network Connect, connects without any issue. Any other information (such as settings you may have previously tried). All other connectivity is working great; no lag to speak of, gaming works great on both Xbox and PS4.
