No need to worry about that. What's the actual ping the Geo-filter shows when you're in a game? It's not too bad, I expected your base ping to be sort of high given your location. There is a few high spikes. Do a test direct from your ISP hub to rule out the R1, if they're still there then it's likely your line but probably not much the ISP would be able to do about it.
