Six7 Tango Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 my internet diagnosis is saying i have Terrible ping, jitter, and spikes. my packet loss has been 7,5,4 on three separate tests. please guide me on how to correct this. it just started this morning. Six7 Tango Posted February 16, 2015 Author Share Posted February 16, 2015 ok got it sorted out. isp said the modem and R1 router were not communicating properly. they refreshed the modem and now have Ping= Good, Jitter= Exceptional, Spikes=Exceptioanal and 0 packet loss.
