"Hiding" irrelevant devices... is this possible?

I have the following setup:
Outside world - Modem - Duma - Asus router in AP mode

All wireless devices connect to the net via the Asus/AP

There are many people/devices in the home; like, literally 20-30 wireless devices at any given time (5 people, each with a phone, laptops, tablets, etc, plus if anyone's friends come over... etc etc).

- The Asus/AP shows up in devices... as do all the devices connected through it (hadn't expected that to be honest, though I'm no expert lol).

Re Device prioritization -

Wireless is disabled on the Duma. My rationale was to have the 3 consoles wired to the Duma... and the zillion wireless devices all under the AP, thinking that this would be the easiest way to allocate bandwidth... in other words, my intent was to set up the Duma and the AP such that I only needed to 'Device manage' a mere FOUR things (the 3 consoles, and the 'rest' of what's here, all under ONE 'device', aka the AP.

Is this not possible? Or if it is, do offer your thoughts and comment(s) as to what I may have overlooked here.

Thanks!

If you do want to do that, you need to take the Asus router out of AP mode. But the Duma would not work as well like this - you'd be better off allocating the bandwidth to each device individually - like it is now :)

Awesome thanks buddy - I'm still learning here step by step; the lesson here seems to be a basic 'how access points' work... which is why those devices are recognized by the Duma. Much appreciated.
