Bonjour, j'ai reçu mon netduma il y a quelques jours, j'ai effectué tout les réglages avec Chive972 (très sympathique) mais il y a aucune amélioration in game (je joue a bo3 essentiellement), Je suis assez déçu du boitier car il ne répond pas à mes attentes donc je voudrais me faire rembourser mon achat.

 

Pouvez vous m'indiquer la marche à suivre pour le remboursement.

Toutes mes excuses à la réponse tardive - à la fois de vous .

Quel est exactement le problème que vous rencontrez ? Quelle est la moyenne de ping à l'hôte que vous obtenez ?

What exactly is the issue you're having? What is the average ping to the host you're getting?

Hey Frazer,

 

I was around 30 ping without netduma, and now with the netduma I'm aroud 60 and some time more. The netduma did not improve my game conditions, including in bo3 or it is useless because the geo filter useless because I join all the time on the same dedicated server in the northern part of France.

 

Can you give me the procedure to be repaid ?

How do you know what your ping to the host was before the duma? 

I would follow http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netdumafrso that congestion control can be set up correctly. 

 

You can avoid that dedicated server by keeping strict mode ticked, ping assist 0 and moving your home location/radius so that it excludes it.

oui oui j'ai déja essayé cette methode et c'est encore pire puisque je suis encore plus loin de l’hôte. 

 

Fraser, I already know all this, I have already tried it and it's worse. So I still asks you once again and I hope this is the last I want to be refunded. I know you are a moderator and you want to help me but there is nothing to do in this case.
