PrepLaneJimmy Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 I am wonder how will NETDUMA R1 Router work with FiOS Router/Modem... So far I understand I can switch a Router/Modem into a Modem "only", but how do I go about doing this process? I don't own a NETDUMA R1.. YET, but I am really interested in this router. Just skeptical and confused. Can I get some help/advice on how do I use NETDUMA R1 Router with FiOS Router/Modem. Thanks in advance! PS: 100/100 mbps PlayStation 4.

PrepLaneJimmy Posted December 6, 2015 Author Posted December 6, 2015 by the way is an ease installation., http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=bt_home_hub_5 That isn't a FiOS Router, but is it the same concept?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted December 6, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted December 6, 2015 That isn't a FiOS Router, but is it the same concept? Hey PrepLaneJimmy, welcome to the forum Yeah, it is the same concept. Just connect the Netduma to your FIOS modem (in modem mode) and connect all your devices to the Netduma. Then you just need to change a few settings on the Netduma router
Dillinger Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 If you can GET Fios, you are already ahead of the game, and most of the rest of us mere mortals....LOL The minute I can get ANY true high speed variant around my place other than the Evil Twins, I will be gearing up the Jeep, throwing in the BoB and camping out in front of the office to sign up and get an install. PLEASE let us know how it goes and a few screen shots if you end up going through with the purchase. Added to a backbone like FiOS, I think the Duma will probably make less of an overall impact that it did for people with marginal internet (like me), but having the ability to control household usage and WHERE you connect to a hosted game will never get old.
