boasty Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Well I have just had about 20 matches of black ops 3 on the pc with the Netduma and I am very impressed. Much better hit detection , didn't see any lag in the games, just played as it supposed to. Pings were excellent won every match by quite a margin, with a k/d over 4, 30 kills or more. Its definitely better and more consistent. I'm with talktalk fibre using the superrouter in bridged mode, with the wifi off and enabled on the Netduma for the other laptops etc in the house, working perfectly. I haven't put the latest update on yet as I'v just had the router and I don't want to tempt fate and mess it up, but I'm more than pleased with it. Nat is open , friends can join game ,servers come straight up no problem. My connection is now showing A+ , with A+ for bufferbloat and 1ms for jitter. Where connection was C and bufferbloat B with just the talk talk router , jitter was very high before. I have attached two pictures of the results. I was hoping the router was going to be ok and its definitely better than I expected it to be. Big thumbs up to the Netduma team, thanks guys!
JConnor Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 I play CoD on all three platforms (XB1, PS4 and PC) for streaming purposes, and the PC experience is very good this time around. It uses the XBL servers and MM, so all you need to do is clone the service (in the new update) for your PC and you are good to go.
boasty Posted November 24, 2015 Author Posted November 24, 2015 Thanks for the info mate, much appreciated. I'l have to put the new update on and see if there is an improvement. Thanks again
