I can't get into web browser .. No internet connection ... I get loss internet message error ip address ...

Try connecting with a computer and an ethernet cord to another port on the router and then try accessing the webpage.

You might be best off waiting for Fraser/Iain to help you out but one thing you could check is do you get assigned an IP when you connect your computer to it?
