Windows 10 shares updates with other users over the net using your upload

I would recommend turning this off as it will increase pings.

 

Start / settings / updates & security / advanced options / choose how updates are delivered / turn the switch to off.

I posted this ages ago... Also win7/8 does it as well for win10 if you don't delete these "updates"... Win10 is like a virus and will even self install on win7/8 machines as an "update". Bad Microsoft!

 

I also made posts to a server showing up on my netduma... I fully believe it is to a :microsoft server and part of this craps they are pulling. Need to run C&A to find out for sure and block it.
