NetDuma help needed

Recommended Posts

I am not getting close to full speed which is 120mb atm, I know the max is 120 but the speed my ISP provides me with is 200 which should give me speeds close to 120mb, the maximum the netduma currently provides. Is it possible for one of tech support/admins remote control my PC to access my router because I have followed all of the tutorials and guides however still experiencing lag!

THanks

Hi Bestinworld, welcome to the forum :)

If you're lagging can you post the info from here. Have you also followed this guide for the speeds?

I have followed the guide for the speeds, indeed 10 times

It is already in modem mode

Can you try doing the speed test to a different server. Can you also confirm you've done the following:

  1. Disabled IPv6 in LAN.
  2. Disabled IPv6 in WAN.
  3. Entered the correct speeds in congestion control.
  4. Have the sliders set to 100%.
  5. Have pressed reset distribution.

Are you using the ethernet cable that came with the Netduma when connecting the Netduma to the Virgin Super Hub?

Algorithm Preemptive  Reactive

Are you getting normal speeds now? None of the stuff in the screen shots should be private stuff, and if it is I can hide it. Would be better if you posted here as then other people can help :)

Oh, I see, well if it is personal I'll hide it and no one but mods/admins can see :) And are you getting the speeds you expect now?
