BESTINWORLD444 Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 I am not getting close to full speed which is 120mb atm, I know the max is 120 but the speed my ISP provides me with is 200 which should give me speeds close to 120mb, the maximum the netduma currently provides. Is it possible for one of tech support/admins remote control my PC to access my router because I have followed all of the tutorials and guides however still experiencing lag! THanks

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted November 13, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted November 13, 2015 It is already in modem mode Can you try doing the speed test to a different server. Can you also confirm you've done the following: Disabled IPv6 in LAN. Disabled IPv6 in WAN. Entered the correct speeds in congestion control. Have the sliders set to 100%. Have pressed reset distribution.
