Dude4Him
I had the Netduma R1 setup in a DMZ working fine off my AT&T U-Verse router model 3801HGV. Suddenly, last weekend the R1 was not allowed through the AT&T Router. I can ping the R1's DMZ IP given to it by the AT&T router via DHCP so connectivity is there. I picked through the AT&T router log but nothing stuck out. Anyone else having issues with AT&T?
Guest Netduma_Iain
As I suggested in chat please call your ISP and let me know what they say please.
abc123
hurm, seems like maybe you should clone your MAC address of your old connected device...then call ISP
Dude4Him
Fixed. I installed .7 & clicked Factory Reset and working great now. I have no idea why .6 broke up with AT&T but .7 seems to have a crush on them. So, not sure but fixed.
