Hey Jamie, I can do a proper 1 on 1 with you and change your settings whilst you watch, it will be very easy, you don't need to do much and I'll have it set up perfectly for you Can you go to http://join.me and click start meeting, it will download a program, install it then run it and click start meeting. Then give me the number or link from the top left of the program please
