Internet access disappearing

Hi guys, 

Recently on my r3 device my connection fully drops off, i narrowed it down to a wan issue because whenever i change a setting there or reapply a setting (as long as it makes it refresh) my internet would work for a few minutes and then drop again. When it drops all devices are connected with no internet access. wan setting all stay the same except internet status sometimes changes to offline, but even then it sometimes stays online whilst not working. it makes it impossible to use the r3 box for me as any other modem works fine and have tested this r3 in 2 different homes with the same results.

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Could you provide the logs from the interface when it next happens please?

What firmware version are you on currently?
