Hello Netduma-Team,

Since the update, Ping Heatmap is no longer working. It just keeps loading.

[SOLVED] It works. I had the issue because I was still using the App Store DumaOS 1.3.26 app. With DumaOS 1.3.29 BETA, it works.

We haven't released it to the app store yet/it can take some time before it appears

Mine doesnt work since the update and the VPN too doesnt work anymore

Could you clarify more specifically about what is happening?

The ping heatmap doesnt work on the app but later discovers it works on the webapp. But the vpn when connected doesn't really change the location of the device or the playstation location. So yeah ping heatmap not working on the mobile app, geo filter doesnt fully lock you to a server and the vpn doesnt change location

The new app update is live on Android now if you have an applicable phone you can try with. Can you provide a screenshot of how you've setup the VPN please? For Geo-Filter disable Geo-Latency and Ping Assist and it will adhere to your radius.
