Having issues with internet connection

So my NetdumR3 works fine at times, but right now I just woke up and the light the indicates the router has internet it's turned off (the Earth draw) so what I usually do is restart the router and that seems to work but not this time. I've restarted it 4 times, giving it time to process but still no internet connection. Is there anything I may need to do from my end?

Have you checked you're getting internet direct from your ISP modem/router? Either way, reboot that, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check if you have internet
