internet- Posted August 17 Posted August 17 Using Telstra Smart Modem 4 with Firmware SGPE1TL0104AA-1.0.32A DumaOS Version: 3.3.754 The Router Apps inside DumaOS do not load, on Dashboard, only the Traffic Overview panel is loaded, with an error popping up stating Could not load app Device Manager does not load. Resetting modem and restarting modem sometimes temporarily brings back Device Manager, but it’s extremely sluggish, then fails again. Error message displayed: Error: This Router App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. Network monitor, network rules, network priority apps do not load either. Adblock, Ping map, Geo-filter, Connection benchmark are working
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 18 Administrators Posted August 18 Please try de-activating and then re-activating the optimiser package and see if it works properly after that

However the Device Manager is slow to load,(5-10 seconds), and clicking on a device takes 10-15 seconds to bring up their settings. The Table view on Device Manager lists all devices as offline, takes about 15 seconds to load pop-up settings of devices What is the roadmap for DumaOS on Telstra SM4? Will version 3 be improved or is it likely that DumaOS 4 may be supported in the future? And does DumaOS 4 have improved Device Manager capabilities and usability? Have spent a lot of money to upgrade to the Telstra SM4 in the hopes of having an improved Internet Optimiser experience but thus far it has been worse than the older Telstra Modem Models
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 08:19 AM Administrators Posted Thursday at 08:19 AM Great! Clear your browser cache/cookies for the interface then load each page once, does it load faster after that? If you have a browser based Adblocker disable that also as that could slow it down. I don't have a specific roadmap for you but I believe DumaOS 4 will be coming and it does have some Device Manager improvements

And by the way just using clean browser no adblock or vpn, incognito mode used
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 2 hours ago Administrators Posted 2 hours ago You want a browser that is going to save the cache as that will speed up the repeat visits/loading of the pages. Let me see if there are any known issues with this internally and I'll get back to you.
