High-latency servers.

I live in Puerto Rico, and I've been experiencing very high latency on the servers for the past three days. The issue hasn't improved at all. Could someone please help me figure out what might be causing this?

Are you getting just as high latency connected direct to your modem when playing? Did it start after changing any setting/your physical setup?
