vn3ck Posted yesterday at 01:16 AM Posted yesterday at 01:16 AM I bought the Netduma R3. I’m familiar on how to use it. It’s similar to the netgear nigthhawk R1000. When I want to play in the east cost I change my geo-filter location and set a radius. But when I play warzone, it still pings me to my location, not the radius location I had set. How I do fix this issue?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted yesterday at 08:12 AM Administrators Posted yesterday at 08:12 AM Please provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens
vn3ck Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago This was also during a game, I was connected to a Texas server
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 2 hours ago Administrators Posted 2 hours ago Somehow you're using the country selector and a custom polygon, you do not need to use both and could be the source of the issue, use one or the other. It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working.
