Ratly Posted June 12 Posted June 12 When using the DumaOS dashboard the XR1000v2 router MAC Address is off. The last two characters in DumaOS are BB yet the last two on the sticker on the router are BA. Does this make a difference when selecting "Use this MAC Address"?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 13 Administrators Posted June 13 That's normal and to be expected, you can ignore it
herman Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago That is usually normal because many routers have multiple MAC addresses assigned to different interfaces like WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi radios, so the MAC shown in DumaOS may not exactly match the one printed on the sticker; however, if you are using MAC cloning or ISP-specific registration, it may be worth confirming which MAC address your ISP expects before selecting "Use this MAC Address."
