Problemi con il geo gilter

Buongiorno a tutti. Sto riscontrando un problema con il filtro geografico della rete R3.

In pratica ho fatto tutte le prove consigliate anche dal vostro supporto in altri posti.

Ho tolto tutte le spunte, sia geolatency che blocco server lontani, ma nulla. 

Ho negato l'accesso ai server di Torino e Milano che per il gioco efootball sono server "tossici" e malgrado li abbia negato tutti, mi continua a collegare su quei server. Server da me 

I server da me consentiti e dove evidenziate non si collega per niente..

Si collega qualche volta sporadicamente 

Cosa sbaglio?

Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing exactly what you're seeing when this happens please? eFootball are known to use relay servers which can mean you get connected outside your radius despite your settings being correct. According to some users if you cover Japan as well as the area you want to play on then this will prevent it using the relay servers and allow you to play on the servers you want but I can't confirm if that is the case.

Si...invio le foto 

La prima è l'inizio del gioco quando setto su efootball e mi dà i server .

La seconda è che puntualmente si collega a Milano anche se ho inserito il server nella lista dei bloccati.

Are you setting the filter when you're already on the game? If so that's why it isn't working.

It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working.

Ma già  faccio questo . Prima di accedere al gioco setto il tutto nel geo filter , e quando cambio dura te il gioco , esco dal gioco e rientro . Ma ho sempre lo stesso problema

Ma già faccio questo. Prima setto il tutto e dopo entro le gioco e quando faccio le modifiche , esco e rientro ne gioco ,ma ho sempre lo stesso problema

It doesn't look like you have filtering enabled which is why I mentioned that, I can't tell due to the language but is filtering definitely enabled? Ho disattivato tutto anche il filtro attivo e come firmware ho lultimo 5.40

You disabled filtering? Well that's why it's not working, filtering needs to be enabled for your settings to work. You're not on the latest, the above is the latest

Ah.. ok..

Siccome il netduma mi dice che già è aggiornato ...devo scaricare il file ed istallarlo manualmente ...quindi installo il nuovo firmware ed attivo il geo filter e ti faccio sapere ...(Parli del geo-filter giusto??)

Nulla...ho fatto come ha detto...ho attivato il filtro , ho istallato il nuovo firmware, ma continua a chiedere mettermi sui server bloccati 🤷🏼‍♂️

Could you switch the interface language back to English then provide another screenshot of what you're seeing when it happens and include a screenshot of the Geo-Filter settings menu please?

Im having an issue where call of duty is the only game that i cant do a ping test to. all the other games work just fine. and also  my geo-filter does not work for call of duty, nothing shows in the map. how can I fix this please? Netduma Fraser

It needs to be updated via the cloud which is what we will do, it should be done early this week

Please remove all the servers you have added to your allow/deny list - the filter allows/denies based on what is inside or outside the radius so for normal filtering it isn't needed but it is possible you've allowed or denied the wrong server - there are many there you've allowed that are outside your range. Also if you check Ping Heatmap there aren't any game servers in the locations you covered. Did you also cover Japan as I mentioned?
