Buffer bloat out of control

Hello…I am trying to use the R3 to help with this buffer bloat and nothing I seem to do is working. Any suggestions?

Put your speeds in that you pay for/receive and then adjust Congestion Control - you also have speed test bypass enabled so disable this to see the effects Congestion Control is having on the test
