Buonasera.. Sono nuovo a questo mondo... Ho sentito il mio router r3 , ma il ping è sempre intorno ai 57 ms, come mai??

Salve ..

Intanto saluti tutti. Sono un utente nuovo che si sta addentrando nel modo di netduma.

Vorrei chiedere a voi esperti il perché , malgrado abbia settato il router principale ( TP link be 3600) con ip statico e dmz su netduma R3 messo a cascata, in più messo il geo filtro solo su server tedesco , impostato la velocità di rete su congestione a 75%, messo la priorità assoluta di console e collegata con cavo, ancora mi dà un ping alto , circa 57 ma.

Che devo fare???

• Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
• What are the speeds you pay for/receive?
• Have you entered those speeds into the router?
• Is Congestion Control set to Always or Auto?
• How have you setup SmartBOOST?
• What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
• Are you actually getting the German server when you get that ping?
• What country do you live in?

Ho solo  la console. 

La mia linea è una fibra ftth da 2.5 GB .

Ho impostato la velocità di rete a 940 sia down che up.

La connessione è impostata su automatico con valore al 70% su 940.

Lo smart boost è impostato come priorità assoluta sulla console. 

Sto giocando con la Xbox serie X, collegata via LAN.

Si, quando ricevo quel ping sono connesso in Germania. Solo una volta si è connesso a Torino , ma sempre sui 55 ms.

Vivo in Italia ed esattamente in Sicilia, Catania.

Set the speeds to 1000/1000.

What does Ping Heatmap indicate your best ping to the game would be?

What ping did you get previously when using the TP link?

Non saprei ...ma si aggira tutti i server dai 57 ai 72 a 79 ms.

Non lo mai fatto, anche perché non riesco a vederlo con il tplink.

ALL devices should be connected to the R3 for Congestion Control/SmartBOOST to work effectively. If you are able to get a lower ping then the only way would be to do this first as Heatmap is indicating you can't get a ping lower than that at the moment. Does it not show you the ping in game?

Ma non penso che dipenda da questo, perché l'R3 è stato solo per il gioco . Nel tplink ho impostato anche il DMZ per non avere filtraggio e linea fluida... Penso che sia la mia linea.

Nel gioco, quando visiono la  mappa, mi dà tutti i server disponibili con i vari ping , ma mai sotto i 57 ms. Addirittura oscillano fino a 70 ms.

Non capisco questo perché ho visto vari video di settaggi con gente che vede ping a 18ms.

Your network and therefore the devices you use on the network impact your connection. All the devices connected to the TP link effectively have priority over the R3 and the gaming device as the R3 can't control them. Whether or not in this instance it is the cause for your ping I can't say but it is definitely something that won't be helping you the way it is setup currently. Okay so the game itself can show you the ping then, with your gaming device directly connected to the TP link what does it show your lowest ping for the game? 

Networking has a lot of variables and everyone has a different connection/circumstances. Even someone in the same city/village/town/road as you may have a better ping if their routing to the game servers is better than yours for example. This is why its good to try and get a baseline of the ping you're capable of achieving direct to your TP Link so you know what is possible.
