wilsoncod Posted Friday at 02:55 PM Posted Friday at 02:55 PM Hi. Im struggling to find lobby’s whilst searching. I use custom geo filter, I have Spain and Poland in the boxes I’ve created. But struggle to ever find a lobby now on both console only and crossplay. I’ve deleted the PlayStation from the device list, added it back, resynced cloud. Geo latency off. Filtering enabled on. But the only servers I can connect to is in North America. I can’t find lobby’s on any eu servers. Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 03:40 PM Administrators Posted Friday at 03:40 PM It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client i.e. Steam etc or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working. You'll need Ping Assist off as well. If it continues please get the ID for one of these NA servers and we can have a look
wilsoncod Posted Friday at 04:24 PM Author Posted Friday at 04:24 PM I have filtering enabled and re-synced cloud before I launch the game. I don’t touch anything after I load
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 04:55 PM Administrators Posted Friday at 04:55 PM Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter with what you see when it happens please along with the ID of the server in NA
wilsoncod Posted Friday at 05:23 PM Author Posted Friday at 05:23 PM I will do shortly. Connecting to NA is fine on console only and crossplay. It’s just eu that I can’t find lobby’s in Netduma Fraser 1
