Are you trying to download it on the router itself using the auto update? What exactly are you seeing?

Isso mesmo, tentei pelo próprio roteador só que não aparece o arquivo para poder atualizar.

Are you saying that the update button is greyed out so can't be done or when you click that it comes up with a box but won't download the file when you click update? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?

Thanks, it doesn't really clarify if the update button is greyed out so can't be done or when you click that it comes up with a box but won't download the file when you click update? 

You can download the file manually from here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540/ and then upload it to the router when clicking update in settings
