Won’t let me login on mobile app

Every time I try logging in it says “unknown error occurred” what is going on I haven’t been able to login in, in about a month.

This usually only happens when the main interface isn't accessible, are you able to access via a PC? I've given you Early Access so if you can access the interface via a PC you can upgrade which should prevent the issue happening again https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
