I believe R4 needs 2gb ram minimum and quad core A73 2.2 GHZ cpu minimum if you look at the Unifi cloud ultra it has 3gb ram and A53 quad core 1.5GHZ for price of less than 100£. 
 

Also noticed when monitoring the Duma Ram and CPU usage during network traffic the utilisation is often near max causes a domino effect on latency spikes etc
