XR500 with V2.3.3.136 code cannot connect over https

Hi, I can't seem to connect to my XR 500 over https://192.168.1 anymore in safari or chrome on macOS Sequoia.   I can only connect over http://192.168.1.1.

How do I get it to work over https://

 

In Safari I get "Safari cannot establish a secure connection to the server"

In Chrome I get `NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID`

The interface does not work properly with https, however, it's a local address, inaccessible from the internet (unless you enable the option to make it accessible) and so https isn't needed

On a separate note is there a latest firmware i should be on now? A beta perhaps?

No beta no, this latest firmware as well as the one you're on has the latest DumaOS version from us https://kb.netgear.com/000068422 

The XR500 is end of service now so it's unlikely to receive any more updates unfortunately.
